Terms of play
Last updated . Suya Heist is run by . By playing, you agree to these terms and to our privacy page.
Playing fair and being nice
- Tease, accuse and argue like family, but no insults, hate, threats, sexual talk, or sharing anybody's private details.
- Don't cheat, spam, or try to break or overload the game.
- Other players can mute and report you. When two people report you, Mummy seizes your phone for the rest of that game. We may block people who keep breaking these rules.
Coins
- Coins are play money inside the game. You earn them by playing (up to 10 paid matches a day) and you can buy more with naira.
- Coins and wardrobe items have no cash value. They can't be withdrawn, exchanged for money, or moved to another person.
- Your coins are linked to the player code saved on your phone. If you clear the site's data or change phone, you lose access to them unless we can find your player code.
- Bought coins are not refundable once they are in your purse, except where the law says otherwise. If you were charged but your coins never arrived, or you were charged twice, write to us with the payment reference and we'll sort it out.
- We may change prices, items and how many coins matches pay. We'll never take away coins you already have, except to fix a mistake or stop fraud.
Payments
Payments are processed by Bachs (our main provider) or Paystack (the second option), under their own terms. Prices are shown in naira before you pay. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian's permission to buy coins.
Ads and sponsors
The game shows painted ad boards. A board paid for by a brand always says "Sponsored". Tapping a sponsor's board takes you to their own site, where their own terms apply.
The game itself
- We keep improving the game, so features, rules and looks may change.
- We work hard to keep it running, but it's provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable or lose a match in progress.
- The names, characters, artwork and sounds belong to us. Please don't copy them for your own products.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses from using the game. Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us for coins in the three months before the problem. Nothing here takes away rights you have under Nigerian consumer law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
